  4. Non-Profit Organizations:

Important Information for All Applicants
  • A $10 application fee applies to all vendor applications
  • Applications close August 1, 2025
  • All applications are reviewed on a rolling basis
  • Derby Square spaces fill up extremely quickly - early application is strongly recommended
  • Space Sizes:
    • Salem Common: Can accommodate both 10'x10' and 10'x20' artisan tents
    • Derby Square: 10'x10' tents only
  • Important: If you're interested in vending at multiple locations or on different dates across venues, you must submit separate applications for each location. For example, if you want to vend some dates at Salem Common and others at Derby Square, please complete both applications.
