Salem, MA—Historic Salem, Inc. is excited to announce “Halloween in Salem”—the first of its kind “festive virtual house tours” and “Home for the Holidays”—the reimagined virtual Christmas in Salem for 2020

Beginning on Friday, October 9, HSI will release “Halloween in Salem’s Virtual Festive House Tour” on halloweeninsalem.org. Tickets will be $13.13. The tours will feature a collection of 11 historic homes and well-known historic locations in Salem with Borah Brewington Snaggletooth
XIII as your tour guide—all decked out for Salem’s favorite festive season!
In partnership with the City of Salem and local organizations such as the House of Seven Gables and the Peabody Essex Museum, Historic Salem, Inc. takes viewers inside some truly special locations in Salem. HSI offers these videos, filmed and edited in part by this year’s co-sponsor, Nick Williams of WillCo Media, and in a first-time partnership with “BORAH!” from the Black Hat Society.

In December, HSI’s ever-popular “Christmas in Salem” will be back for its 41st year! Due to COVID-19, this special annual experience will all be taking place online. Keep watch for more information and purchasing details at christmasinsalem.org. You’ll still get to see some of your favorite historic homes decked out for the holidays—all from the comfort of your own home.
Proceeds of the tours support all aspects of HSI’s mission – leading preservation advocacy efforts in Salem
