About MiraMar Printmaking

MiraMar Printmaking brings limited edition fine art prints to the Haunted Happenings Marketplace in Salem, Massachusetts. Founded in 2019 by artist duo Sammia Atoui and Adrian Rodriguez, the studio creates woodcut and linocut prints from their space on Artist’s Row in Salem.

Drawing inspiration from coastal New England, MiraMar’s work explores themes ranging from marinas to monsters and myths — familiar lore and local scenes rendered in rich, layered detail. Each piece is designed, carved into a block, and hand-printed one color at a time using archival inks and papers. The result is limited edition artwork where no two prints are exactly alike, and the handmade quality is visible in every impression.

From Artist’s Row to Derby Square

MiraMar Printmaking is rooted in Salem’s creative community. Working from their studio on Artist’s Row, Sammia and Adrian bring overlapping techniques and a blend of sweet and salt to images that capture the spirit of the New England coast. At Derby Square, visitors can browse original woodcuts and linocuts that make distinctive additions to any art collection — pieces that feel connected to the region and carry the character of true handmade craftsmanship.
