Located on Congress Street alongside Salem Harbor, Shetland Park is home to commercial spaces for offices, small businesses, warehouse, industrial and flex uses. The property is professionally managed by Prime Group Holdings and also includes an on-site Prime Storage facility.

Paid weekend parking

Paid parking is available on weekends at Shetland Park. Check with the property for current parking dates, hours, rates and vehicle restrictions, and follow posted signs and attendant directions when you arrive. Parking availability is separate from the Marketplace schedule.

Helping Salem gather for the Grand Parade

Prime Group Shetland Park graciously hosts the parade rally point, giving participants a place to gather before the Haunted Happenings Grand Parade heads through downtown Salem.
