I am a Balinese artist who lives in Salem. I mostly doing oil paintings on canvas but I also do wood carvings, paint on wood panels. I also make my own wood frames for my paintings and make Balinese kites. I make sketches of people with charcoal and chalk on paper. My art is modern Balinese. I bring the spiritual parts of the culture and literature and combine with my experiences in Bali and in Salem. I make from the traditional characters of the Barong and Rangda to very abstract and combine with a modern style. I live for and love water so I pain many seascapes, ships and traditional maritime ships/boats and views of Salem. My spirit now belongs to Salem so I combine it all on my art here. Haunted Happenings is my favorite place to showcase my art to my customers who come back every year and buy more art from me.
