FACT (Feral Advocates & Cat Trappers) uses trap-neuter-return for cats who are not suited for permanent homes, helping curb overpopulation in Southeastern Massachusetts. When possible, friendly stray cats are placed through no-kill shelters.
A returning community organization
FACT returns to Salem Common in 2026. Visit its booth to meet the organization and learn about its cat rescue work in Massachusetts.
