HeartFelArt uses spooky imagery to explore human emotions and the feeling of connection. Skeletons are a recurring subject, appearing in scenes that carry tenderness as well as darkness. The submitted paintings include a skull divided between light and shadow, two skeletons reaching toward one another beneath the moon, and a fiery phoenix. Each print comes with a note on the back explaining what the piece meant to the artist while it was being made, giving shoppers another way into the work.
